Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicles provided under our Rent to Own Cars, including use for rideshare, delivery, or personal driving.

1.2 By entering into a Rent to Own Cars agreement, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet the eligibility
requirements of any rideshare or delivery platforms (e.g., Uber, Lyft, DoorDash).

2. Vehicle Use

2.1 Vehicles provided under this program may be used for rideshare, delivery, or personal purposes as permitted in your agreement.

2.2 Drivers must maintain the vehicle in a clean and operable condition and follow manufacturer service schedules during the Rent to Own Cars term.

2.3 Smoking, transporting illegal items, or engaging in unlawful activities in the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the agreement.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 Weekly or monthly payments under your Rent to Own Cars plan must be made in full by the due date stated in your agreement.

3.2 Additional fees may apply for:

Late or missed payments

Excessive wear and tear or damage beyond normal use

Vehicle repossession due to default

3.3 Payments are generally non-refundable except where TravelNest cancels the agreement or where required by law.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1 All participants must maintain continuous insurance coverage on the vehicle. You may provide proof of your own policy or purchase insurance through TravelNest.

4.2 You are fully liable for any damage to the vehicle during the Rent to Own Cars period, including accidents, theft, or misuse.

4.3 Failure to maintain required insurance may result in immediate termination of the agreement and repossession of the vehicle.

5. Cancellations, Modifications, and Early Termination

5.1 You may cancel your booking request before the contract is signed at no charge.

5.2 Once a Rent to Own Cars contract is active, early termination or contract modifications (such as vehicle swaps or extensions) are subject to approval, availability, and additional fees.

5.3 TravelNest reserves the right to terminate your agreement if you fail to comply with these Terms or default on payments.

6. Mileage and Fuel

6.1 All Rent to Own Cars come with unlimited mileage so you can maximize your earnings without restrictions.

6.2 Vehicles must be returned or purchased with the same fuel level as provided during pickup. A refueling fee may apply for discrepancies at interim inspections.

7. Title Transfer

7.1 Upon successful completion of all scheduled payments and compliance with your agreement, title to the vehicle will be transferred to you.

7.2 Any outstanding fees must be paid before title transfer can occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

TravelNest Car Rental is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from:

Rideshare or delivery platform deactivation or suspension

Mechanical issues beyond regular maintenance

Incidents involving third parties

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Your information will be used solely for Rent to Own Cars purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
